Subscribe to events and receive real-time notifications at your own HTTPS endpoint. Create subscriptions, choose which event types to receive, and manage them with full CRUD. Each subscription has a signing secret (returned once at creation) so you can verify payloads, and you can rotate the secret at any time. Inspect recent deliveries, retry failed ones, and reactivate a subscription to reset its failure count.
