# Invoice scheduling, reminders & email previews

> Schedule invoices to send automatically, chase payment with reminders, and preview the exact email before it goes out.

  ### Scheduled invoices

  Queue an invoice to send automatically at a future date and time instead of dispatching it immediately. Dolfin holds the invoice and sends it on schedule, so you can prepare billing ahead of time.

  ### Invoice reminders

  [Send payment reminders](/api-reference/endpoint/invoice-reminders/send-a-payment-reminder-now) to your customers on demand and [list the reminders](/api-reference/endpoint/invoice-reminders/list-reminders-for-an-invoice) already sent against any invoice — so chasing late payment is part of the same workflow.

  ### Richer invoice email previews

  Preview the exact email that will be sent for an invoice before it goes out, and list the emails already sent against it. The invoice email copy was also refined for a clearer, friendlier tone.
