# Currencies, industries & email delivery

  Enable currencies for an organisation from the [global currency catalog](/api-reference/endpoint/currencies/list-available-currencies) and choose a default currency that pre-fills new invoices and bills.

  Pick an organisation's industry from a [structured list](/api-reference/endpoint/industries/list-industries) organised into groups, making onboarding selections quicker and more consistent.

  ### Country default tax rates

  When you create an organisation, Dolfin seeds sensible default tax rates for its country, so you can start invoicing without configuring tax by hand.

  ### Reliable invoice email delivery

  Outbound invoice email moved to a dedicated delivery provider for better deliverability, alongside an improved preview of the email before it's sent.
