# Get current user with Organisation + Client memberships

> Returns the calling Bearer user, their Organisation memberships (sandbox), and their Client memberships (portal). The JWT carries IDs + roles for authorization; this endpoint surfaces names and Live/Sandbox client type for UI rendering.
